About Hannah

Welcome to cranio-sacral therapy, offering a therapeutic space to find or receive whatever you need. Cranio-sacral therapy may support you to develop an increased awareness of your inner landscape, which holds a wealth of information and knowledge and is waiting to be discovered. This is an empowering and sometimes transformative therapy, facilitating self growth and change. Living life with more ease, peace, alignment and truth is fundamental to our health and happiness.

My background is in community and hospital social work, working with adults with a range of physical, mental health and learning and developmental needs. I also am a Youth Mentor, working with Cube Youth - Malvern Cube projects supporting children in a local secondary school. I bring all this experience into my therapeutic work and remain passionate about working with people from all walks of life and across the life span.

I found Cranio-Sacral therapy in 2000 following a car accident. I remember being intrigued by the simplicity of the therapists touch and yet it’s incredible ability to not only resolve my physical injuries but release the shock of the accident I hadn’t realised my body was holding onto. Intrigued by this curious and magical therapy, I chose to continue to work through many layers and imprints from life experiences still held in my body.

I instinctively returned to this therapy once again following some significant life events. It was from here that I knew I wanted to train as a therapist at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London with the esteemed Thomas Atlee.
