Coaching Children

About

Coaching provides children with a safe and supportive space to explore who they are and what may be driving their emotions and behaviours.

By working collaboratively with parents/care givers and schools when required, coaching ensures each child receives the right level of support, and works towards desired outcomes.

I typically recommend weekly sessions over the course of approx 6 weeks.

Who Can Benefit From Coaching?
 

All children, but in particular you may refer because of:

​

  • Friendship issues or bullying

  • Low confidence or self esteem

  • Children struggling with identity

  • Children struggling with transitions

  • Behaviours at school or home with unknown underlying needs

  • Children experiencing emotional dis-regulation or disconnection through overwhelm, anxiety, grief, stress

  • Home or relationship issues

  • Negative thought patterns

  • Struggling to concentrate or focus

  • Low level self harm

  • Online use

  • School refusal or school anxiety

Who may also have conditions such as:

  • Autism

  • ADHD 

  • Communication difficulties

  • Anxiety​

Together we get creative so we can explore whilst doing, raising self awareness and insight.

​

Suitable for children age 5 upwards.
